Base Package
Art schools tend to require very similar formats for the submission of portfolios for their consideration. The base package includes everything needed for most school applications —
• The digitization of up to 20 images, including color correction to match the original work.
• The creation of custom contact sheets with the student's name and other required information. A thumbnail image of each submitted image and the title, medium, size or other required information about each image will be arranged on the sheet as well.
• A custom-designed CD including a printed label featuring the student's artwork, name and the name of the school being applied to. This CD will contain all of the images being submitted (in the format required by the individual school), and a pdf of the contact sheet.

Additional Items
Some schools require additional or different materials to be submitted with the student's application. This could include a PowerPoint Presentation showing the work or additional copies of some of the materials.
Too, if the student is applying to more than one art school, it's a simple matter to add or substitue images of their work to customize a presentation for each schoool. I've found that for these changes, an "ala carte" pricing is the most cost effective and allows you to choose just which items will meet the requirements of the additional schools.
