Application Requirements
It's almost a given that no two schools have the same requirements for submission of portfolios. Even similar requirements may detail different file sizes or file types. Confusing at best and and annoying to deal with in the midst of the flurry surrounding the college application period.
I’m able to help the student navigate the complexities of the increasingly technical application requirements.
Through converting their work into high quality digital images, assisting with the file conversions, designing and producing the contact sheets and preparing the final discs, the student’s portfolio will show his or her work in the best possible light.
The end result will be a professional portfolio presentation that will give the student significant advantage in the rigorous acceptance process of art schools and colleges.

Digital Photography
Artwork of any size and shape can be digitized for your portfolio in our studio.
Scanning
Some work will be more effectively digitized using a scanner. Slides and transparencies, for instance, can not be digitized using normal cameras.
File Preparation & Conversion
Many schools have quite specific requirements for the file format, size and color space of the images included with your application. We can adjust any digital file to meet the specifications of your intended college or art school.
PowerPoint
Schools often require the inclusion of PowerPoint presentations of the student's work. These can be efficiently created here to accompany your application and designed to your, and the schools, specification.
Contact Sheets
Print-outs showing small (thumbnail) images of each of the pieces are often submitted with the student's portfolio. Though some programs can generate these automatically, they can't be counted on to display the work attractively, nor to include the appropriate information about each piece.
We can design and produce custom contact sheets with a "look" for your application as well as insuring that all necessary data is included.
CD/DVD Preparation & Duplication
Once all the work has been done to prepare your application, we can put it all on the media of your choice for you and provide as many copies as you require.
